On-Demand Text interviews are recorded text interviews that you complete using text messaging functionality on your cell phone or web browser.
When you are invited to complete an On-Demand Text interview, you will be notified in one of two ways, depending on how your recruiter has set up your interview:
- Email invitation - You receive an email with information about the interview, additional instructions, and a link that you can click to begin your interview
- Text message - You receive a text message asking if you would like to answer some questions via text message.
Begin Your Interview
Depending on how your recruiter has set up your interview, you can use either the email invitation or text message invitation that you received to begin your interview.
- Email Invitation - Click Begin Interview within the email invitation to open the text interview in a web browser.
- Text message - Respond to the questions in the text message to begin the interview.
The Interview Experience
Below is what your interview will look like if you complete it within a browser. The interview questions are set up by the hiring company and will differ from what is seen below. To respond to the question, you can type in your response and select the 'Submit' button.
If you are completing the interview on a mobile device, you will type your response and send it as you would a text message.
