On-Demand interviews are self-paced interviews that you can complete in your own time, using your computer or mobile device.
When you are invited to complete an On-Demand Video interview, you receive an email invitation that contains:
- Information about the interview
- Additional instructions
- A link that you can click to log into your interview
Log Into Your Interview
When you click the link in your email invitation, you are brought to an interview foyer, where you create a password. Your email address will be the one you used to apply to the position and received your interview invitation at.
If you already have an account within the system and do not remember your password, you can use the 'Forgot password or login?' option.
The Interview Experience
Once you are logged in you will be directed the the welcome page. Here you will see your instructions to the left, additional videos to review, featured resources, and any provided deadline and/or estimated completion time. You can click the 'Begin>' button in your interview to begin the On-Demand Video interview.
Tips for Success
Set yourself up for success during your On-Demand Video interview by following these tips and recommendations.
- Quiet location
- Try to limit background distractions and background noises
- Technical set-up
- Position your webcam at eye level and aim to position your head and shoulders within the shot
- If you are on a mobile device, prop the device up so your arms do not get tired
- Headset or earbuds are recommended to cut out background noise
- If possible, provide a source of light behind the webcam shining on you
- Make sure you have a strong, reliable connection
- Dress appropriately
- Dress professionally for the interview or what is appropriate for the position
- Solid colors tend to work best on camera
- Be sure to submit your interview
- Be mindful of any deadlines or time limits
