- Check filtered folders: Look for "HireVue" in spam, junk, or promotion folders
- Check alternative email accounts: School, work, and personal emails you may have used
- Verify your email address: Check the company's career site/portal for the correct email
If you received an invitation, but there's no access link
- Contact the hiring company directly: The recruiter may have sent the invitation without including the interview link
- HireVue provides the platform only: We don't manage interviews or send invitations for companies using our software
If you still can't locate your invitation after trying these steps, please reach out to the hiring company directly, as they handle all interview scheduling and invitations.
