Interview & Assessment Types: What to Expect
On-Demand Formats
- On-Demand Video: Record responses at your convenience with webcam
- On-Demand Video: Audio-only responses without video
- On-Demand Text: Written responses to questions
Live Formats
- Live Video: Real-time video conversation
- Live Voice: Real-time audio-only call
- In Person: Face-to-face meeting
Recording Information
- Video and voice responses create recordings
- These recordings are:
- Not used for identification purposes
- Not subject to biometric privacy regulations
- Kept for no more than 3 years
- Used only to transcribe your responses
If your responses are provided through use of the video or voice versions of the application, a video and/or voice recording is created when you record and submit your responses to the interview questions. Such recordings are not used for identification purposes and, therefore, it is not expected that such recordings are subject to any biometric privacy regulations.
Applicable law will complied with in connection with the collection and use of these recordings, and in the event that the recordings themselves should be deemed to be covered by biometric laws or regulations (even though not used for identification purposes), then you may have the following rights: the right to know that such recordings are collected and stored as necessary to transcribe your responses; that the recordings are deleted under established data retention policies (kept no more than 3 years); and that your use of the Service is your acknowledgement of receipt of information regarding the collection and use of the recordings as described herein.
