How to request a retake
If you fall into one of the reasons above, you may want to move forward with requesting an interview or assessment retake. Here at HireVue, we are unable to reset your interview or assessment directly, as this request needs to be reviewed and processed by the company you are applying with.
- Contact the hiring company directly - HireVue cannot reset interviews or assessments
- Check your invitation email - Look for contact information at the bottom of the invitation email you received
- Visit the company's career website - Find recruiter contact details or support options
HireVue provides the platform but does not have permission to reset or authorize retakes. Only the hiring company can review and process these requests.
