- Many technical issues resolve immediately when accessing the assessment from a different device

If changing devices isn't possible or didn't resolve your issue, follow these steps:
1. Restart Your Device
A simple restart can clear temporary issues:
- Save any important work in other applications
- Close all browser windows
- Fully restart your device (not just sleep mode)
- Reopen your browser and access your VJT assessment again
