If you experience issues when you log into the Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) assessment, first try switching to a different device if possible. Often problems can be resolved simply by changing devices. If this is unsuccessful for you, or if you do not have another device, we have some steps below to help troubleshoot the issue.
If text and images are cut off of the screen when viewing a VJT assessment, you may need to adjust the zoom level in your browser. The settings for adjusting zoom vary by browser. Click the link that corresponds to your browser to view more information.
