If you have not received your invitation just yet, there are a few things you can check in on. If you are expecting an email invitation it can take up to 48hrs to receive. If you have not received it by this time please check your spam and junk folders as it may have been filtered. Please keep in mind, that the invitation will be sent to the email that you have applied with. If you are still unable to locate your invitation, we recommend reaching out to the hiring company or your recruiter directly to inquire on the next steps and your interview timeline.
If you have received your invitation to complete an interview/assessment, but do not see a link to access it, we recommend reaching out to the hiring company or your recruiter directly. We here at HireVue assist by providing the digital interviewing software, however we don't manage interviews for the companies utilizing our software. That being said, we all make mistakes, so it's possible a recruiter from the company you are applying with sent out your invitation without including your interview link.
