If you were disconnected from an on-demand voice interview, you cannot reconnect by calling the number that called you. Instead, please follow the steps below to reconnect to your interview using your original email invitation.
To reconnect to an on-demand voice interview
- Open the email invitation that you received which invited you to participate in an on-demand voice interview.
- Click the button within the invitation to enter your foyer and begin your interview.
- When prompted, enter your phone number and wait for the system to call you. When you answer the call, your interview will resume where you left off.
