If you experience issues when you first log into the Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) assessment, first try switching to a different device if possible. Often problems can be resolved simply by changing devices. If this is unsuccessful for you, or if you do not have another device, we have some steps below to help troubleshoot the audio.
The Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) automatically plays the audio clip for each page when you move to that page. If you are using a Safari browser but are not hearing an audio clip when you move to a new page, then you may need to configure your settings to allow auto-play.
To allow Auto-Play in Safari

In the top bar menu, click Safari, and then select Settings for This Website.

In the Settings pop-up window, from the Auto-Play drop-down menu, select Allow All Auto-Play.

Click anywhere on the screen to dismiss the pop-up and continue with the assessment.
