Often companies will use an applicant tracking system, which is where the candidate careers page is (generally this is where you submit your application). It is important to note that, this careers page is separate from the HireVue platform. While a login may be required on the company's career page, because this is a separate system we here at HireVue cannot assist in resetting passwords for the careers page.
Depending on the company's requirements, you may need to log in to complete your assessment as well. If this is not required, you will be directed to the interview after accessing the link.

To see if you are logging into HireVue or the company's career page, you will need to look within the URL. If the URL contains 'hirevue-app', you are being directed into the HireVue system. For example; 'https://humana.hirevue-app.com' is a URL to the HireVue system.
